At N.O.S. Barber Supply, we strive for professional satisfaction by offering a 30-day return window for unused, unopened grooming tools and supplies in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like shears, razors, and liquid products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label or use a tracked carrier of your choice to send the package to our central distribution warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the tools, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
